Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlyerBridge ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

Description of Service

FlyerBridge provides a platform for creating, managing, and sharing physical and digital flyers with QR code integration. The Service includes:

  • Listing creation with photos and details
  • PDF flyer generation with QR codes
  • Public listing pages accessible via shortlinks
  • Analytics and management tools
  • Renewal and payment processing

User Accounts and Listings

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using FlyerBridge, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your management links and for all activities that occur under your listing. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Keep your management links secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You Agree Not To:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
  • Post content that violates any laws or regulations
  • Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Post offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content
  • Post sexually explicit or inappropriate content
  • Use the Service to sell illegal items or services
  • Spam or abuse the Service
  • Attempt to bypass or manipulate our systems
  • Scrape or harvest user data

Prohibited Items

You may not create listings for:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Weapons or explosives (unless legally permitted in your area)
  • Stolen goods
  • Counterfeit items
  • Adult services or content
  • Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes

Pricing and Payment

Free Trial

Your first listing is free for 30 days. No credit card is required to create a listing.

Renewal Fees

After the initial 30-day period, you may renew your listing:

  • 30 days: $5
  • 90 days: $10
  • 1 year: $20

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Refunds

All sales are final. Renewal fees are non-refundable. If you delete your listing after renewal, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion.

Content Ownership and License

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload (photos, text, videos). By posting content, you grant FlyerBridge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display your content on our platform
  • Generate PDFs and QR codes with your content
  • Store and process your content to provide the Service

Our Content

The FlyerBridge platform, design, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by FlyerBridge. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our Service without permission.

Listing Expiration and Deletion

Listings expire after the designated period (30 days, 90 days, or 1 year). Upon expiration:

  • Your listing becomes invisible to the public
  • Your shortlink is reserved for 6 months
  • You can renew at any time during the reservation period
  • After 6 months, your shortlink may be released for reuse

You may delete your listing at any time via the management page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLYERBRIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from transactions between users
  • Damages from unauthorized access to your listings

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FlyerBridge harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your content or listings
  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the Service
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
